Orientation Module (OM) Calibration

Bench Tree provides calibration services using our patented process* to help ensure consistent, accurate downhole performance.


Calibration services include:

  • Calibration and calibration verification
  • Bench Tree and third-party OM calibration
  • Detailed calibration reports and certificates for every serial number
  • Inspection in a clean, controlled, non-magnetic environment
  • Roll test evaluation and diagnostic inspection
  • Calibration temperatures from 25°C to 200°C


If an OM fails a roll test or displays abnormal data, our technicians inspect the module to verify proper operation and determine whether calibration is required before returning it to service.

  • Enteq/XXT
  • JAE
  • NOV/Tolteq
  • QDC
  • Applied Physics Systems
  • Others are frequently being added
